Doha, Qatar-The Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel appoints Austrian Armin Brandtner New Hotel Executive chef, to bring culinary experience and creativity to menus throughout hotel.
From Germany to Dubai Qatar, Chef Armin comes to Qatar with distinct culinary mastery. He has made a name for himself as a top chef with stints at some of the best hotels and restaurants.
Most recently he served as executive chef at the Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai, Intercontinental Berlin with previous executive positions at hotels in Germany.
In his new role, Brandtner oversees all food outlets at the hotel, including Al Shaheen Roof top fine dining restaurant, Al Hubara and Laffan as well as room service, catering and special events.
"Brandtner brings a unique culinary expertise to the hotel and our sophisticated diners," said Foltin, General Manager. "He is a top chef, with substantial experience in designing exciting, creative and innovative menus and we are applauding his culinary talent"
At a young age, Brandtner found his love of cooking. Throughout his 25 year career he has cooked for intimate to very large groups. According to Brandtner, he likes to use natural products and pair them with sauces that enhance the natural flavors, often integrating new flavors and trends in his cooking style.
