This State-of-the Art Ultra Short Focus Projector is Perfect for Company Presentations
Middle East: An innovative, state-of-the-art projector that could change the way companies and educational establishments show presentations to audiences hit Middle East markets during the leading ICT industry exhibition GITEX, SANYO Gulf FZE has announced.
The PDG-DWL2500, which features a WXGA resolution with 2,500 lumens of high brightness and high contrast (2000:1,) is able to create an 80-inch image with the world's shortest projection distance of just 32 cm.
This latest piece of SANYO technology can operate at very short distances from display screens and wall surfaces. The projector can be set up vertically or horizontally, on table tops, walls, floors or even ceilings - enabling companies, teachers and students to showcase their presentations without shadows covering the screen due to the state-of-the-art ultra short focus function.
With 3D capacity, this ultra-short focus projector is fully-enabled for large screens and uses the Frame Sequential Display Format to display 3D - as a result, professionals will now be able to show 3D images of products to consumers.
"Newer technologies that include 3D and widescreen display functions will potentially change the way that we create and view presentations. The optical efficiency of our new short-throw projectors is 40 percent greater than conventional ones and the fact that it has the world's shortest projection distance is good news for customers that need to have large screens for their audiences but which are compact enough that they don't take up all the space," said Motokatsu Sakaguchi, Managing Director, SANYO Gulf.
In the long-term, offices and schools will benefit from this latest technological advancement from SANYO. With the projector's 3D and short-range capabilities, presentations and teaching methods in schools and companies across the region could potentially take on a whole new creative direction and importantly, maintenance costs will be kept to a minimum due to the PDG-DWL2500 life-long filters.
