Emirates Driving Institute (EDI) was recently honored as the best driving institute by the Licensing Agency at Road and Transport Authority for scoring the least number of offences in the second half of 2009.
Nabeel Yousef Al Ali, Director of Monitoring & Enforcement Dep't at RTA Licensing Agency, said: "This honour accorded by Licensing Agency, which will be a regular biannual event (first half and the second half of each year), is meant to boost the joint awareness programs of the Licensing Agency and driving institutes / centers in the emirate of Dubai."
The aim of this recognition is to leverage the driving institutes and centers to introduce initiatives to upgrade the standard of both examiners and examinees, and increase the educational & learning sessions; which in turn will reduce the number of offences.

We will strive harder to keep up to this position even in the years to come." said Mr. Amer Ahmed Belhasa, Managing Director of Emirates Driving Institute.
RTA also awarded the best Assessment Examiners with a Certificate of Appreciation. EDI senior assessment examiners Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed and Mr. Mohd. Khair were rewarded from RTA.
