Dubai: DIFC’s Gate Avenue, a vibrant urban destination for culture and community, is bringing back its ‘Fitness Hub’, a week of complimentary events to support the holistic wellness of its community and fitness enthusiasts in the country. Running from November 1 to 7, 2021, participants can enjoy over 25 complimentary fitness classes including Bootcamp Sculpt, Hip Hop Cardio and Fit & Flow Yoga with uninterrupted views of Dubai’s skyline at Gate Avenue – Promenade Zone D.
Throughout the week, instructors from well-known gyms located in the DIFC such as INSPIRE wellness studio, BR Performance Studios, Warehouse Gym and F45 Training will offer a diverse selection of outdoor workout options for athletes of all fitness levels. From strength training and conditioning to group cycling with music pumping and different types of yoga, participants can use workouts to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Participation is free; however, pre-registration for classes is required.
Commencing the week-long ‘Fitness Hub’, INSPIRE wellness studio will host a women’s health event on Saturday, October 30 to help raise awareness for breast cancer, and a men’s health event on Saturday, November 6 to help raise awareness for the hard-to-address health challenges faced by men every day. A number of DIFC’s retail partners will be supporting these events including Energy Club who will provide sample healthy eats, Earth Kitchen offering 2-for-1 meal vouchers and N.Bar giving 100 complimentary free polish change vouchers during the women’s event and Circle Café providing discounted meal plans at the men’s event.
Last year, the invigorating week-long event was well-received, resulting in stronger emotional and physical health within the community and wider Dubai.
