The agreement covers all the bank's loan documents and account mandates. All records are digitally imaged before being stored and managed off-site at Metrofile's facilities. Each record is individually identified and issued with a barcoded label for electronic tracking. "To date more than 1,000,000 pieces of paper have been handed over for storage" says Mr. Lester D'Silva, Manager Credit Operations for RAKBank.
