Abu Dhabi, UAE - Rotana Hotels in the Capital Centre District of Abu Dhabi announce the well-deserved promotion of two heads of department.

Mr Ren Wong Hui who held the position as Human Resources Manager for Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana has now been promoted to Cluster Human Resources Manager handling the portfolio for Centro Capital Centre & Capital Centre Arjaan collectively.

The Malaysian national, has been working in the hospitality industry in UAE for 8 years having worked with key international brands. Collectively, he will be looking over talent management of three hundred colleagues spanning both hotels. In this regard he said “I am ecstatic to have taken over the role and would like to thank the management for the opportunity” He further added” It will be a great learning experience to manage this talent pool of colleagues from various cultures, work on cross exposure between the renowned brands to increase the learning of colleagues and increase the overall efficiency”

Another well-deserved announcement has been the promotion of Mr Sanjay Nadayil to Cluster IT Manager for Centro Capital Centre & Capital Centre Arjaan. Hailing from India, Mr Sanjay is well versed with the modern IT Systems used in Rotana Hotels and has been with the company since 2009. He brings with him a vast pool of knowledge and strives to improve the guest experience through implementing quality IT Services as per the brand standards.
