Muscat- As a reputed training group in the region, the Polyglot Group (PG) has contributed to the employment of national manpower and compliance with the labour legislations, by investing in a number of strategic human resources and skills development programs. Developing new areas of training to meet the growing requirement for a qualified, reliable and resourceful Omani workforce, besides promoting its training programs PG will also promote job opportunities at the Omanisation Career Fair from 20-22 April 2015 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre.

"We believe that the nationalisation of the workforce in the Sultanate is a move forward with all the support from the government in general and the Ministry of Manpower in particular throughout the process" remarks Ms. Lamy Akiki, Marketing Manager, Polyglot Group, when asked about the Group's stance on Omanisation.

Along with these training programs, Polyglot has been delivering National Funded programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower by training young Omani workforce for a period of 6-12 months in different fields and ensuring them a job at the end of the program. The Group has helped major companies in the private sector through Career Development Programs to train Omanis and prepare them to enrol in the private sector companies. This has helped hundreds of young Omanis to improve their skills, realise their full potential and move forward a better future.

As Oman's most comprehensive career fair, OCF 2015, leading companies from across the spectrum of Oman's private and public sectors and throughout the Gulf region, will offer Omanis the chance to market themselves to potential employers.
