DUBAI, UAE: The third edition of the 2011 SPE Reservoir Characterisation and Simulation Conference and Exhibition (RCSC), will be taking place 9-11 October at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi. With a phenomenal number of abstracts received to present, RCSC is expecting renewed interest from past attendees and many new regional and international professionals to attend.

The event will also offer two training courses entitled 'Ensuring Reliable SCAL Data for Reservoir Modelling' and '4D Coupled Reservoir Geomechanics Modelling for Optimal Field Management', a networking welcome reception and a raffle draw to win an iPad 2. In addition, the Regional SPE Honours and Awards Ceremony will take place at the same venue as RCSC on Sunday, 9 October.
