State-of-the-art Star Metropolis set up in Dubai
Dubai - Star Metropolis, a joint venture between one of India's leading referral laboratories, Metropolis, and the UAE-based ETA Star's healthcare division, is now open in Dubai and was dedicated to the nation under the patronage of His Excellency Humaid Mohammad Obaid Al Qutami, UAE Minister of Health by Dr. Ameen Hussain Al Amiri, Director of the Department of Blood Transfusion and Research Services.
This firm is the latest entrant to the UAE's healthcare sector and is set to become its leading referral laboratory. Star Metropolis offers medical practitioners a wide array of sophisticated medical testing services with faster turnaround times, and aspires to make the country more self-reliant for its medical diagnostic requirements. The laboratory's first base lab and collection centre is located in Jumeirah, with more than five specialised diagnostic centres scheduled to open across the UAE in the next year.
