London, 01 June 2004. Raceway components are frequently overlooked during installation, however they are essential in accommodating vital power and data cables in an aesthetically pleasing way, whilst maintaining proper bend-radius control. PANDUIT™ has recently expanded their range of surface raceway solutions with the launch of two new products: Office Furniture Raceway and PAN-WAY™ Cove Raceway.

Office Furniture Raceway is an innovative TIA/EIA 568-B and 569-A compliant non-metallic pathway solution designed for routing data cabling to the workstation desktop of existing office furniture partitions. The superior corner termination option saves valuable workspace while maintaining flexible and convenient access. Office Furniture Raceway is available in three popular colours to blend with most office furniture systems, creating a virtually invisible cost effective routing solution.

PAN-WAY Cove Raceway is a non-metallic, two-piece multi-channel capable system used to route, protect and conceal data, voice, video, fibre-optic or power cabling. Mountable in the horizontal corner between ceiling and wall and/or the vertical corner between walls, Cove Raceway is designed to conceal cabling discreetly. Cove Raceway is tamper resistant yet flexible enough to allow easy access for moves adds and changes in future upgrades. Cove Raceway fittings have been designed to maintain the TIA/EAI required 1" / 25mm minimum bend radius of high performance copper and fibre cabling systems.

Power rated to 600V, 300V (CSA). Cove Raceway meets UL5A and CSA 22.2 No. 62-93 standards.
