Also of note, is that this partnership addresses regional demand for managed services. According to industry analysts such as Gartner, IT service markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa returned to growth in 2004, with the latest forecast indicating that IT services in EMEA will grow from 165.4 billion euros in 2004 to 195.8 billion euros in 2009.
