The Mowgli Foundation, an award winning, UK headquartered mentoring organization, together with its local partner MedafCO-Consulting, has been awarded further sponsorship from the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office in Algeria, through the Arab Partnership Fund.

The Mowgli Foundation seeks to support the sustainable development of societies through the mentoring and evolution of entrepreneurs and leaders. This is achieved through the provision of unique and unparalleled mentoring programs that enable mentors to offer their practical support and share their expertise to help entrepreneurs grow as leaders and expand their businesses, thereby creating new jobs and economic growth. 

Following the major success of the two years of FCO sponsorship (2012-2014) where 108 entrepreneurs are being actively supported, this final 3rd year of funding will seek to deliver mentoring support to a further 60 entrepreneurs in Algeria. This new funding will bring the 3-year Algeria Mowgli Family Network alumni size to 336; 168 entrepreneurs and 168 mentors. In addition to facilitating the entrepreneur mentoring, Mowgli-MedafCO will focus on ensuring the sustainability of the Mowgli Mentoring Experience (MME) program and Mowgli Family Network (Alumni) network in Algeria, to enable the alumni to take full advantage of intra-regional networking, learning and sourcing of business opportunities.
