MediCorp Gulf Medical Clinic (MMC) - Dubai's newest and most luxurious private health facility - will officially open its doors in a special ribbon cutting ceremony this week.
The clinic has been interior designed at a cost of several million dirhams to evoke a spa like mood. The bright colour palette and plush fittings are deliberately different from the austere look often associated with medical facilities.
Technology wise, MediCorp Gulf is raising the bar. It boasts a state-of-the-art laboratory offering a wide range of precise diagnostic testing. Unusually, it also has a full imaging department with MRI, CT scan, 4D ultrasound and digital x-ray with the latest web enabled software for teleradiology and telereporting." MediCorp has invested heavily into IT with a dedicated Medical Specific IT system that would be more usually found in a very large hospital.
