In a survey that included vendors such as BMC, CA and HP, MRO Software bested them all with a 3.95 rating for its Maximo ITAM, a component of Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES). MXES includes not only key ITAM capabilities but also advanced IT Service Desk functionality, thereby enabling companies to consolidate their disparate IT Service Management (ITSM) systems onto one modern platform.
