Mannai Heavy Equipment Division (Mannai HED) in Qatar has been recognized with the prestigious Manitowoc Crane Elite Dealer award from Grove mobile cranes. This is the second successive year in which Mannai has received the award. Mannai is also one of only two dealers in the Middle East region who have won this award this year.
The Elite Dealer award recognizes dealers who raise and maintain the standards of their service and parts facilities to an international level. Specific training requirements for the dealer's personnel must also be met to be eligible for the award and representatives from Grove and Manitowoc conduct dealer visits to assess candidates' progress in attaining the various criteria for the award.
Mannai are the exclusive dealers of Grove in Qatar and offer a comprehensive range of products to support lifting needs. This includes Rough Terrain, Truck Mounted, All Terrain and Industrial Cranes. An important number of Grove cranes are currently fulfilling important roles in the country's ongoing infrastructure development.

Mannai Heavy Equipment was evaluated against a number of criteria relating to levels of staff training, facilities investment, service facilities and parts, technical proficiency and stock availability of products and parts.
