Morocco, July 13, 2014: Jaguar Land Rover, the leading manufacturer of premium luxury vehicles, today announced the appointment of Smeia as the exclusive importer and distributor for Jaguar in the Kingdom of Morocco. Smeia, one of the most reputable names in Morocco's automotive industry, is a leader in the premium luxury segment and has been along-standing stakeholder and official Land Rover distributor in the Kingdom for over 50 years.
The announcement was made at a press conference in the new Smeia Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Casablanca. The addition of the Jaguar brand to the Smeia luxury automotive portfolio reaffirms Jaguar Land Rover's commitment to the partnership.
As the new exclusive Jaguar importer, Smeia owns a wide network of showrooms across the main cities in the Kingdom including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Marrakesh, with extensions coming soon in Fes and Oujda. Smeia also has a dedicated sales team already in place to service new and existing Jaguar customers. The Jaguar line up is now available at Smeia, with order banks now open.

Smeia is the only franchisee authorised to carry out after-sales work on Jaguar Land Rover products and confirmed it will honour all existing customer warranty and service requirements through its dedicated sales and after-sales locations in the Jaguar Land Rover showrooms, with a fleet of demo cars and courtesy cars available on request.
