Talks in English and Arabic to be hosted as part of Al Eman Oasis
Sharjah: As part of Qanat Al Qasba's ongoing Ramadan programme, Ramadaniat Al Qasba, visitors to the family destination can benefit by a series of religious lectures hosted at the location. An element of Al Eman Oasis, the spiritual arm of this year's Ramadan celebrations at QAQ, the series of religious lectures will be delivered by some of the most prominent local and international Muslim scholars.
Al Eman Oasis, which will cater to the spiritual needs of Muslims during this Holy month, will be alive with Islamic oriented activities during Ramadan. Besides the Islamic lectures, exciting competitions with prizes for Muslims and non Muslims, a comprehensive Islamic library to browse through or buy, and wonderful activities for kids will all be featured at the Al Eman Oasis programme. Held both in English and Arabic languages at the Al Qasba, situated next to the Al Qasba mosque, the lectures will begin on September 14.
The first week of lectures will kick off with an Arabic talk by Shaikh Sulaiman Bin Saleem Allah Al Raheely from Saudi Arabia on September 14. This would be followed by Shaikh Saleh Taha Abdul Wahed (Abu Eslam) from Jordan on September 15. On September 16, visitors can enjoy a rousing talk by Egyptian Dr. Abdul Azeem Albadawi.
On September 21, Waynne R.Bennett (Huzaifa) from USA will deliver an inspiring talk on "Why Should We Follow Religion", followed by "A Heart to Heart Talk" on September 22.
Canadian Abdullah Hakim Quick, also famous for his inspirational lectures will host a talk on "Islam: The Universal Way of Life" on September 29. "Ramadan the Month of Guidance" will follow on September 30 by the same speaker.
All lectures at the Al Eman Oasis Tent will begin at 10.30pm, where separate seating arrangements have been made for ladies.
