Exclusive global security assistance incorporated in International PMI plans
Members of InterGlobal's International private medical insurance plans will continue to benefit from 24/7 security advice and assistance services provided in partnership with crisis management specialist red24. InterGlobal has renewed its exclusive arrangement with red24 in the international private medical insurance market which allows members of its UltraCare and International Schools plans to access 24/7 telephone advice about their personal security in the world's hot spots and personalised pre-travel advisories.
Members of InterGlobal's UltraCare Comprehensive, Plus, Elite and International Schools Gold plans also benefit from an emergency security evacuation service in the event of a life-threatening situation such as political or civil unrest. InterGlobal believes it is the only international PMI provider to give its members inclusive access to specialist security advice and evacuation services.
Two levels of red24 cover are available free of charge to InterGlobal members. The AdviceLine service is available on all UltraCare and International Schools Plans. It provides 24/7 access to a personal security adviser via a telephone hotline, tailored travel advisories and access to the latest online security information on over 230 countries and territories. UltraCare Comprehensive, Plus, Elite and International Schools Gold members receive access to red24's ActionResponse, which also includes emergency evacuation and repatriation from life threatening situations accompanied where necessary by one of red24's crisis management specialists.
