Great call prices and six-language customer service attracts crowds
FRiENDi mobile, Oman's third mobile service provider, has recorded an overwhelming response from the people of Oman. Thousands and thousands of people are getting their FRiENDi mobile Starter Packs from hundreds of shops all across the Sultanate.
Following this unprecedented success, FRiENDi mobile would like to express its appreciation to everyone who previously booked and patiently waited for their special numbers, as well as all the new valued customers who bought starter packs after the launch.
Mr. Antti Arponen, FRiENDi mobile's CEO, commented "We expected that FRiENDi mobile's combination of low prices and great services would be in great demand, but I have to admit that the response has exceeded our expectations".
FRiENDi mobile has in fact been so popular that some of the new customers have experienced slower activation of their SIM card. Mr. Antti stated, "At FRiENDi mobile, our ultimate objective is that our customers should experience and enjoy a first class service. Unfortunately, however, some customers have not yet had their SIM cards activated due to the overwhelming response. Our technical teams are working round the clock to get everyone activated on a first come, first served basis, and very shortly all customers are activated, and further problems have already been eliminated. We appreciate the patience and thank all the people for their faith in us and the support that they have shown us".
