Cairo, Egypt: As part of its usual support and development of its team members, Hilton Hotels Egypt has recently hosted the Hilton Hotels Development Centre which was held at the Hilton Pyramids Golf Resort.

The Centre is the final stage of the Shine Program, which is a 9 months development program designed to support the development of talented individuals within Hilton Middle East & Africa, and prepare them to the Directors position through a variety of advanced learning solutions. Participants joined from Middle East, Africa and Europe.

The assessment was monitored by Hilton Egypt's recognized General Managers and organized by Mahasin El Bakry, Vice President Human Resources Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon & North Africa, and Hossam Haggag, Senior Director of Learning & Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the assessment.
