Dubai, UAE, August 9, 2004 - If you can't manage a vacation to the clubbing hot spots of Europe this summer, don't despair! Ibiza legend DJ Lucci is set to return to MIX at Grand Hyatt Dubai on August 12 to give Dubai another taste of Balearic beach culture and a night of funky, soulful house music. DJ Lucci is back at MIX by popular demand, following his debut appearance in March which took Dubai's partygoers by storm.
DJ Lucci returns to Dubai from his latest residency at Ibiza's BAR M (Manumission clubbing bar), where he has headlined for the last six years. He has also compiled and mixed two MANUMISSION/BAR M albums as well as been resident each week at Manumission's club event, held in the world's biggest club venue - Privilege.
Producing and remixing under Cosmic Love, Feel Good Factor and Trusted, he has also had productions with Ibiza legend Nicky Holloway as well as played at nights alongside some the world's premier DJ's - Boy George, Fat Boy Slim and Roger Sanchez to name a few. A beach party atmosphere will pervade MIX for the night of DJ Lucci's guest appearance so come dressed ready to hit the sand and surf! Entry costs just Dhs 30.
MIX at Grand Hyatt Dubai is Dubai's only Super Club. It features a new intelligent sound system. The Dance Club on the lower level has a capacity to hold over 900 people, whilst the upper level offers a sound-proofed music lounge with a separate bar available for private parties up to 200 people, as well as two exclusive private rooms both accommodating up to 15 people. MIX is open from 9pm-3am every night apart from Saturday.
