Exclusive two-day event brings together Genesys growing community of Channel Partners to leverage new insights and share best practices to garner future growth

Dubai, UAE -- May 11, 2014 -- Genesys (www.genesys.com), a leading provider of customer experience and contact center solutions, today announced that it will host its first Genesys Middle East Partner Days 2014 at the JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Dubai from May 14th-15th.

Mohamed Afifi, Managing Director of Genesys in the Middle East, will give the keynote speech in which he will highlight strategy and best practices from Genesys that generate opportunities for channel partners to garner future growth. The two-day event will bring together over 50 decision makers and business leaders of the leading Channel Partners of Genesys from across the Middle East region, together with Genesys senior executives, to highlight the company's strategic direction and roadmap for the year ahead, in addition to sharing best practices and innovative ideas to expand their businesses.

At the event, Channel Partners will have a closer look at various solutions and platforms from Genesys designed to build significant competitive advantage for enterprises, reduce customer churn and differentiate their brand from competitors. They will also have the opportunity to meet and network with senior executives from Genesys and hear first-hand about the ongoing focus on channel development and innovation directed towards helping Channel Partners identify and leverage unique business opportunities in the regional contact center market.

The second day of the event will focus on engaging partners in a full-day of detailed technical training on Genesys Business Edition including configuration, installation and a demonstration.
