Dubai, UAE- Fasttrack has announced latest plans to expand to 15 new Emarat and Adnoc fuel stations across the UAE by November 2021. The reputable vehicle maintenance service provider is set to double its 13 existing locations, bringing its total network to 28 by the end of this year. 7 have been opened so far making the network 20 sites.

The household brand that has been offering motorists across Dubai and Northern Emirates a trusted and reliable service since 2004, will now be present in 15 stations in Dubai, 7 in Sharjah, 3 in Ajman and 1 each in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain city.

“The need for these additional locations is clear. We listen to our customers and do our best to provide them with professional and speedy auto repairs where and when it’s most convenient. This is reflected in our expansion plans and in our extended hours of business - we now offer 24 hour service across 8 locations with an aim to increase this across additional locations by the end of the year. We have had a lot happening behind the scenes this year and we are looking forward to drastically expanding our brand.” Said Fasttrack Chairman, Dr. Rahma Al Shamsi.

As well as a typical periodic maintenance service from its industrious team, Fasttrack customers also benefit from comprehensive know-hows in brakes, electrics and batteries, tune-up, air conditioning, steering, suspension, oil and filters, tyres and other packages including sanitization, auto glass repair - replacement and tinting, and headlight restoration. The team is constantly working on ways to improve and introduce effective methods of servicing.

In addition to its expansion, Fasttrack is set to launch its own App next month called My Fasttrack, which will be free for all users. The app will include features on repair history, next service due date, location tags and a distress button for breakdown assistance. Motorists can send an alert to the nearest branch, a direct WhatsApp message to a branch or call their nearby service station.

“We are very much evolving with time and have embraced a variety of smart initiatives set by the Dubai Government. To practice efficiency, we have eliminated the use of paper by digitalizing all administrative works at the locations. Additionally, in line with the Environmental Objectives and Guidelines of DM & MOCCAE, Fasttrack is also critically aware of how its waste products are disposed of, so we make sure all used batteries are recycled by a specialist agency to avoid lead and sulphuric acid pollution.” added Ahmad Ayyash –  General Manager of Fasttarck.

Fasttrack is playing its part in improving safety standards across the roads of the UAE by ensuring its customers always have confidence in the reliability and roadworthiness of the repairs, as well as a stress-free experience. Further developments are in the pipeline to enhance customer care and maximize digital advances to add value and more convenience.
