Several topics were highlighted during this course which is part of a comprehensive training programme conducted previously by the center. The topics included the latest applications and mechanisms being designed to match employees professional skills with their ambitions and career plans.

The course was attended by 20 HR executives and senior managers from both private and public sectors in the UAE and the GCC. The attendees represent several sectors such as banking, telecommunication, oil, utility as well as armed forces and police departments and a number of authorities and academic establishments from Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the UAE.

The participants were divided into groups discussing various topics, like the expertise of individual HR departments in this field. Participants were able to exchange their expertise with consultants from the SHL International Group and gained a comprehensive understanding of how occupational assessments are implemented worldwide.
