Home owners in Tower Four guaranteed up to 50 percent rent outlay refund for the first two years

ETA Star, one of the biggest property developers in the UAE, has announced that it is launching a Rent Back Offer, for Tower Four of 'The Centrium', the immensely successful residential project, located near the up and coming International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).
The Rent Back Offer, which is the first for a property development in the region, will refund to the home owner at Tower Four of the project, 50 per cent of the rent outlay for their property for a period of two years. Clients can avail themselves of this unique offer by visiting the Ras Al Khaimah Hall at Dubai International Exhibition Centre where a separate sales office will be set up during International Property Week (IPW) 2006, the comprehensive annual trade exhibition for international and Middle East property markets, which is being held from 21st - 23rd February 2006.
'The Centrium' also offers a first-of-its-kind 95 per cent finance option to its customers, thereby ensuring that ownership is within the reach of salaried expatriate professionals. ETA Star is working with Tamweel to provide a wide array of financial options to property buyers.

International Property Week which is being organized by Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions in co-operation with The Domus Group. IPW 2006 is gearing up to be the largest Show yet, with over 120 exhibitors from 20 countries. The Show is gathering momentum with a host of new exhibitor signings and is looking to establish itself as a serious platform for investment facilitation.
In addition ETA Star will also be exhibiting 'The Centrium' and its other premium projects at Stand 202 in Sheikh Rashid Hall at the International Property Week 2006.
