Award comes in recognition of the group's outstanding performance as a new distributor for Candy products in the UAE

Dubai, 24 May 2010: Eros Group, the sole distributor of world-renowned brands Samsung, Hitachi, Candy & TCL, Linksys by Cisco, Thermobreak, Lennox and Taurus one of the leading players in consumer electronics, telecom, and allied multi-products in the Middle East, was awarded 'Most Promising Distributor' by Candy Hoover Group of Italy. The award was handed over to Eros Group at the recently held First Overseas Meeting of Candy Hoover Group in Milan.

The award was given for the outstanding performance of Eros Group in the launch of the brand and the innovative marketing activities done to promote the Candy brand in the UAE. Eros Group was selected from over 50 overseas and global distributors of Candy Hoover products on account of its outstanding performance as a new distributor for Candy brand business in Middle East and Africa.

The launch campaign crafted by Eros Group for the Candy brand was also rated as 'outstanding' by the Candy Hoover management. The launch campaign included a launch press conference, an advertising campaign in all major media outlets, and innovative shop displays at Eros stores and other leading electronic retailers in the UAE.
