The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Bahrain organized a presentation on stress-free entrepreneurship and how to move from an entrepreneur-run to a CEO-run business conducted by motivational speaker Anil Sivadas at ART Rotana Amwaj Islands.
More than 20 entrepreneurs from different businesses followed an inspirational introduction. They had the opportunity to learn hands-on techniques to enable practice stress-free entrepreneurship by distancing themselves from the day-to-day operations and start converting business into a corporate on autopilot.

About Anil Sivadas
Anil Sivadas is a long-time EO member and has given inspirational talks to entrepreneurs around the globe including EO events in India and Malaysia.
A seasoned entrepreneur, he has implemented these stress-free techniques and successfully converted his enterprise into a CEO run body corporate. He is a trained business coach for "Rockefeller Habits", a management tool that has been successfully used across American and European companies for the past 20 years. Anil is also a well-known business turnaround expert and a customer loyalty expert, certified in 'Net Promoter Score' (a Bain initiative).
His current business is called Enventure. It delivers electronic design, mechanical product design, plant design engineering, component engineering, environmental compliance and related engineering services to clients across the globe. Prior to Enventure, Anil Sivadas was a senior management executive with a billion-dollar consumer electronics company, where he garnered many years of experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution and sales. He is as well armed with a Bachelor degree in electronics engineering and a Master degree in business administration.
