As a strategic partner with Ivory Coast, Tamer El-Kholy, Egyptian real estate Developer, signs a new partnership with HRH sanyogita Atery, an Indian princess, to develop housing projects in Ivory Coast.

The new partnership between El-Kholy and HRH Atrey, to construct 30 thousand housing units with a total of 690 million Euros, with the first phase Costing 230,000 Euros. As HRH Atrey, is a successful businesswoman, who recently has joined the African Women’s Forum Honorary Committee, due to her efforts in training and education in her country as well as in Women’s promotion at the international level and as the chairperson and managing director of SG18 Realty in India.

In response to this statement, El-Kholy, Chairman of TK Constracting Company and Real Estate Development said:”proud with the cooperation that clearly shows our strategic view towards the future, to promote Egyptian investments in Ivory Coast”, pointing out that Africa is still a rich land attracts many of the heads of Arab and international funds and investments, which is in line with the Egyptian government's will, to strengthen its leadership also its economic cooperation with Africa.

Tamer El-Kholy established representative offices for his company in Mali, Cameroon, and Nigeria, to be the intention to move Egyptian economic entities to work in these countries. He was appointed last year as an ambassador and representative of the United Nations' IIMSAM organization and an international observer for the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
