This follows from the property agency's delivery of a tool that allows customers to publicly rate its agents, believed to a world-first innovation in the property industry.
The renter's guide is an easy-to-use resource for those seeking to understand the renting process. The landlord's guide "Landlords checklist for new tenants" explains the other end of the process, for landlords seeking tenants.

Late last year Better Homes released the world-first public rating tool of its agents, and their clients have responded positively. Aimed at encouraging trust with their customers, the ratings are based on real customer reviews and are available on its website.
In a survey of 150 Dubai-based customers, 85% said they found the public review tool useful to navigate their way in their real estate search.
