Leading master developer focuses on infrastructure development and asset enhancements, explores further residential product offerings to enrich its communities

Dubai-UAE: 12 July, 2017 

Dubai Properties, a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer and asset manager of renowned destinations across the emirate, has announced an investment of AED10 million for planned enhancements in the popular Remraam community, strategically located in Dubailand.

Dubai Properties has awarded the contract to build 450 new free visitor parking spaces within the community to Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems LLC. Construction has commenced, with delivery of phase one scheduled for September and phase two for November 2017.

The infrastructure enhancements at Remraam involve the widening of access roads that will alleviate traffic congestion during peak hours. Wade Adams Contracting LLC is working on the expansions, with the initial phase of the project anticipated to be complete by November 2017. In addition, the resort-sized pool, ideal for families with children, is undergoing upgrade and maintenance work, and is scheduled for handover in Q3 2017.
