Corporate etiquette and international protocol consultant Patricia González Cobos shares her expertise in 'The Art of Networking'

Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) has today (Thursday, September 20, 2012) concluded a new session of the Network Majlis with Patricia González Cobos, Managing Director of Bonnétiquette, conducting a presentation on "The Art of Networking" wherein she discussed how etiquette and protocol can serve as strategic assets for business organizations. The Network Majlis was held at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and was attended by leading businesswomen and other prominent women personalities in the UAE.

Cobos, a widely acclaimed independent corporate etiquette and international protocol consultant, provided practical tips and advice on creating a positive first impression, understanding body language in a networking event and networking etiquette. She explained that offering etiquette and protocol training and personal development at the highest professional level are key tools to improve both individual and corporate images. She also talked about her vision to refine the world by promoting civility, diplomacy and tactfulness.

Patricia González Cobos said: "In many ways Dubai has served as a model society in the continuing pursuit of sustainable growth and development in the Arab world. Cobos has been trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington, the first and only accredited business etiquette and international protocol training school in the USA. She is also certified as a professional and life coach by the NeuroLeadership Group, an organization highly recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Cobos recently collaborated with the Protocol School of Washington under the patronage of The Protocol Department of Dubai and The Crown Prince Court of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a training coordinator. Concurrently, Cobos is the President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Dubai Chapter, a Member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and a Member of the Spanish Business Council (SBC), UAE.
