HOUSTON, (ME Newswire): Dresser Inc., an international leader in the design, manufacture and service of process control and safety relief valve solutions under the brand names Dresser Masoneilan and Dresser Consolidated is pleased to announce the expansion of its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new valve manufacturing and repair facility. The newly expanded facility is owned and operated by Darvico (a joint venture between Dresser and the Al Rushaid Group). Darvico has an established record of success in the region, including the recent Khurais project, a major oil and gas production facility for the Saudi Aramco Oil Corporation.
Darvico is currently the only approved control valve and safety relief valve manufacturer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new state-of-the-art facility expands Darvico's ability to provide conventional and severe service valve technologies to Saudi Arabia's process industry leaders, including Aramco and the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), one of the world's leading manufacturers of chemicals, fertilizers, plastics and metals.

In addition to advanced manufacturing and repair equipment at the new facility, Darvico operates two mobile valve maintenance and repair workshops. These fully equipped vehicles will enable technicians to perform critical service tasks at client sites for reduced downtime and fast turnaround times.
