Manama: Infracorp B.S.C (Closed) has signed a partnership agreement with Dubai-based RIKAS Hospitality Group, the force behind some of the region’s most iconic award-winning restaurants, to open “Twiggy Beach Club & Lagoon Villas” in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Infracorp’s CEO, Majed Al Khan, signed the agreement with Rizwan Kassim, Founder and Managing Partner of RIKAS Hospitality Group, in the presence of several representatives from both organisations at the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix in the Bahrain International Circuit.

The launch of “Twiggy” is part of Infracorp’s ongoing plan to establish partnerships with the top international brands in the hospitality sector on beachfront locations.

The whimsical lifestyle concept is named after the '60s icon and model. Twiggy is a beach club and restaurant with spectacular views, flavorsome Mediterranean dishes, and a distinct chic vibe. This charming sun-drenched destination promises a playful yet serene atmosphere with upbeat soundtracks and a Mediterranean-inspired menu to match its French Riviera roots.

Twiggy’s introduction to the Bahraini market aligns with Infracorp’s plan to support the Kingdom in achieving Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, which focuses on diversifying the economy by boosting vital contributing sectors, most notably in the Tourism field.

On this occasion, Majed Al Khan stated: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with a leading regional group in the hospitality sector to present a world-class beachfront restaurant and expand our portfolio further in the hospitality and F&B industry. Our mission is to create sustainable experiences while pushing the tourism agenda through our various projects.”

Rizwan Kassim added, “Bahrain's thriving economy continues to attract international brands, and RIKAS Hospitality Group is proud to be part of this exciting growth. As we expand in the region, we remain committed to delivering innovative concepts that showcase our culinary expertise and continue to raise the standards of excellence. Through our latest venture, 'Twiggy' we're excited to present an unforgettable dining experience that perfectly blends the rich heritage of the region with our signature culinary flair.”
