Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), the Nokia partner in Qatar, hosted specialized training on latest Nokia accessories at Ramada Plaza hotel in Doha recently. The day-long training aimed at equipping and updating CGC Nokia staff on latest Nokia enhancement devices available to the users in the country.

About 50 CGC personnel from Retail Sales, Dealer Sales, Corporate Sales and Service Center Divisions attended the training conducted by Puneet Sud, Product Manager, Techmart, the Nokia authorised mobile enhancement provider in the Middle East.

The training was held in two sessions with the first session focusing on a vast range of Nokia accessories available in Qatar, including car kits, Bluetooth headsets, wired headsets, speakers, batteries, charges, memory cards and carrying case. The highlight of the training was a detailed presentation on new Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-608, the first clip-on multipoint wireless headset from Nokia.

Detailing on the salient features of Nokia BH-608, Puneet Sud said, "the hi-tech device is unique as it enables the user to stay connected to two phones at the same time, besides offering superior audio quality and long hours of talk time. Nokia BH-608 user can enjoy crystal-clear audio quality in different environments with DSP noise cancellation technology. And with the mic built into the wire, your speech is enhanced on every call. This is a prerequisite to enable our personnel to enhance their skill sets and offer the best possible and latest mobility services to our valued customers."

Explaining the users' on the proper uses of Nokia accessories and its benefits, providing them with details on the functioning and handling of Nokia car kits and other enhancement devices were other focus areas of the training.

At the end of the session, a test was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and the top seven scorers were presented with Nokia BH-608.

The new Nokia BH-608, designed for every day use with natural comfort and ease of use in mind, is expected to be available in Qatar very soon.
