Commercial Bank International (CBI) has teamed up with Amber Clinics Dubai, for free health checks for staff and their families. The partnership between CBI and Amber Clinics comes as part of an employee wellness program; the Bank is conducting for the health and well-being of its staff.

Employee Wellness is part of the Bank's Corporate Social Responsibility program, and reflects CBI's commitment to ensure a comfortable and healthy working atmosphere for its entire staff. The program offers CBI staff and their families with medical and health screening and counseling conducted by trained and qualified physicians in Amber Clinics.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Peter Cannizzaro, Chief Operating Officer of CBI said: "We are very keen on the health and wellness of our employees and Amber Clinics is an experienced health care provider. We wish to thank them for the support and care they have shown to our staff and their families. We strive to be a good employer and this wellness program has enabled us to give something back to our valued employees".

Mr. Arun Kumar, General Manager, Amber Clinics (a part of Gulf Healthcare International), said: "In today's work scenario, it is important to take good care of employees. We appreciate CBI's efforts to promote health awareness and wellness among their employees. Their hard work has made this event a mega success by all standards".

The health check up included a lifestyle screening package that covers clinical measurement, free clinical and dental screening, office ergonomics, BMI check and blood sugar and cholesterol check.
