Canada Business Holdings Inc. and partners entered today into a Co-Management agreement with Noor Capital of United Arab Emirates. The term of the agreement should last until the year 2020.
The companies plan to carry joint investments in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Such investments aim to develop key projects in strategic business sectors to serve the needs of the growing population.
Noor Capital, a UAE company, is engaged in financial investment, Financial Investment Consultation Business. Canada Business Holdings Inc, a Canadian company, is engaged in project development, asset management, investment, and consulting.
The agreement is the fruit of four months of negotiations to draft a landmark vision for investment in the region. The business principles applied under the agreement introduce sophisticated practices and techniques to ensure safe, secure and profitable investment.
