Middle East - Braun, the world's leading electrical goods manufacturer, celebrated its landmark 50 Year Design Innovation Anniversary at an informative and enjoyable evening in Dubai.

Braun's 50 Year Design Innovation Anniversary has been celebrated across the world, from Kronberg to London, Tokyo to Boston. 

The Dubai celebration paid tribute to the importance of the Middle East and Braun's commitment to this region, as well as the strategic relationship that the brand has forged with its trade partners including leading wholesalers and retailers. 

Guests were treated to reception in a picturesque setting whilst learning more about the history of Braun design with a detailed exhibition charting its evolution.

The exhibition showcased Braun's design past, present and future with archival photographs, information and TV commercials. 

"Our guests marvelled at the history of Braun design and the impact it has made on modern design.  Many of Braun's milestone products have heralded new eras in design and there is certainly a link between some of today's most popular gadgets and Braun's past products," said Stephen Carson, Regional Business Director, Braun.

In the last five years alone, the Braun business in this region has grown three fold, making a significant contribution to Braun's worldwide revenue.  Braun's product range includes small electrical appliances such as; electric shavers, epilators, food processors, handblenders, juicers, coffeemakers, kettles, irons, infrared ear thermometers, blood pressure monitors, hair care appliances, electric oral care products, clocks and calculators.  It is the worldwide market leader in foil shavers, epilators, handblenders, infrared ear thermometers and electric oral care products.
