A world champion of the Neapolitan Pizza, Chef Vincenzo Palermo will offer guests a culinary journey to the heart of Italy with his great passion for work and expertise in making authentic Italian pizza. Having grown up in a family of pizza makers from Gravina in Puglia, south of Italy, Chef Vincenzo has been passionate about cooking since the young age of 14, which will certainly show in his dishes at Belcanto.
Pastry Chef, Anthony Falcone brings his expertise from a variety of Michelin star restaurants, promising to bring a diverse selection of world-class pastries to the guests’ table.
Award-winning Chef Bartender from 50 best bars for five consecutive years, Mikhail Melnik will bring his considerable experience to the bar at Belcanto. His passion and perseverance have helped him achieve several accolades, including being named as one of the Top 3 bartenders in 2019 by Barproof and winning the Ultimate Bartender Championship in Russia three times.
