With the outbreak of COVID-19 and the government mandated 24-hour lockdown, Audi Abu Dhabi, the exclusive distributor of Audi in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain has launched new customer sales and service initiatives to enable consumers to enjoy the full Audi experience from the safety of their homes.
To provide additional peace of mind and support for its customers during these difficult times, Audi Abu Dhabi is offering an online service booking facility, with free collection and delivery for all vehicles, so customers can still maintain their vehicles’ health, and continue to enjoy the Audi experience. All cars serviced during this time will receive complimentary sanitization and fumigation before being returned to the customer.
In addition, Audi Abu Dhabi are enabling residents to shop from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Those looking to purchase a new or pre-approved Audi can simply browse the range online, make an online enquiry to book a test drive and Audi Abu Dhabi will bring a demo car to their door. Those going on to make a purchase can benefit from full support from the Audi Abu Dhabi team to help process the payment, complete the registration and deliver the car to their home. In line with the health and safety directives issued by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, all vehicles are fully sanitized before being delivered.
To protect the safety of staff, customers and suppliers, Audi Abu Dhabi have commenced working from home operations wherever possible and have set up a fully remote customer care center. The Roadside Assistance Responders have adopted all preventive measures by protecting themselves with face masks, gloves and hand sanitizers and by practicing zero contact with customers to mitigate risk and ensure the utmost safety.
“At Audi Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, the health and safety of customers and our community is the highest priority. During these unprecedented times, the last thing that our customers should be worried about is the service of their cars. Our customers are at the core of our business and everything we do must make customer satisfaction a priority. It is important to never be complacent and always put our customers first so they can continue to enjoy their Audi experience with peace of mind, whilst keeping their distance to protect the community.” commented Mark Austin, General Manager at Audi Abu Dhabi.
The Audi Abu Dhabi, showrooms and service facilities are disinfected regularly and are open for customers on Saturdays to Thursdays. We recommend you check the website for updated opening times.
