Almana Group rolls out Oracle E- Business Suite

Doha, Qatar - 28 February 2010 - Almana Group, one of Qatar's oldest and largest business entities today announced the roll out of the Oracle E-Business Suite across functions to support their technology transformation journey in collaboration with Mahindra Satyam, the brand identity of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider.

The implementation covered seven companies of the Group engaged in Real Estate Development, Electro-mechanical Contracts, Industrial Insulation and Steel Fabrication, Sales of computers, Providing Networking Solutions, Trading of Furniture, and Interior Decoration Projects.

The modules implemented were; Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle Human Resources Management System, Oracle Property Manager, and Oracle Banking Applications.

With Oracle's integrated, world-class applications, Almana Group now has the most complete, integrated portfolio of applications and technology platform to improve business processes and drive performance across the enterprise.

Almana Group employees will be able to handle important processes like Procure to Pay Cycle, Order to Cash Cycle, Hire to Terminate, Compensation and Benefits, Projects Reporting much more quickly, effectively and accurately.
