CAIRO: In line with its ambitious vision to develop the local economy, Al Rehab Steel Group, the leading steel industry, today announced that it will participate in the 10th International Iron, metal industries, and technology of manufacturing, cutting and welding of metals Industry Exhibition “METAL & STEEL 2019”.
“METAL & STEEL 2019” is to be held in March 2019 at Egypt International Exhibition Center, Mehwar El Musheer.
The group participates as a main sponsor of the exhibition, with a wing that includes Al-Rehab Trading and Industry Company, one of the largest storage and distribution outlets in Egypt with a storage capacity of 130,000 tons, in addition to individual lines and dissection of all sizes, heavy and light. It also includes Antar Steel Company, one of the most important Egyptian economic entities that adopts the use of the latest technologies in the production of reinforcing steel, angles and reinforcing beams in different sizes.
"We are fully aware of the importance of our role in supporting Egypt's economic development and keeping pace with the recent construction boom in line with the national goals of political vision.” Mr. Noor Antar, Executive Director and Board Member of Al Rehab Steel Group, said.
He resumes: “Antar Company’s workloads has currently amounted 3 billion and 300 million pounds, and the investments of Al Rehab amount to one billion and 200 million pounds per year, with a total of 4.5 billion pounds; in this sense we are working in full swing to move the latest global trends in the group's factories and seek to transfer the outstanding expertise and technologies to raise the quality and efficiency of our products "
During the participation, the Group aims to unveil its modern future vision that contributes effectively to support the national economy and meet the requirements of development in Egypt, especially in the construction and real estate sectors, and works according to a future plan aimed at increasing the production capacity of reinforcing steel to 350 thousand tons annually by the end of this Year, to meet the growing demand in new cities.
Iron Steel produces reinforcing steel according to international standard specifications. Al Rehab Steel trades in all steel sectors such as cold, hot, reinforcing beams, angles, squares and iron wicker.
