Muscat - Al Maha Ceramics, one of the fastest growing tile brands in the GCC had a highly successful launch of its latest range of new Décor Tiles at the recent "Big Show 2015' which took place at the Oman International Exhibition Centre. This is the 6th year that Al Maha Ceramics has participated in this exhibition which gathers together professionals in the building and construction industry in Oman and the Middle East.
The exhibition is one of the most well attended shows in the Middle East and provided the perfect platform for Al Maha Ceramics to showcase its extensive range of wall and floor tile designsto local and international visitors. With support for the exhibition coming from key bodies such as the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Oman Society of Contractors, German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) amongst others, Al Maha Ceramics had a very receptive audience to explore its high quality products.
Speaking about the company's participation at the show, Arvind Bindra, CEO, Al Maha Ceramics, said 'We are constantly investing in our products at Al Maha Ceramics to ensure we remain at the top of our industry. Recently we added an additional Digital Tile Printing Machine to our production facility which enables us to produce premium decor tile highlighters, borders and skirting tiles.'
Al Maha Ceramics exhibits at a number of high profile events and exhibitions in the region as part of its strategy to bring its wide range of tiles to the attention of industry experts and professionals. It recently had a very successful presence at the Big5 in Jeddah which is one of the largest building materials exhibitions in Saudi Arabia.
Arvind Bindra further commented 'We feel it is the right time for us to continue with our marketing initiatives and we have aggressive plans in place to expand our brand across the GCC. We are expanding our production capacitywhich will enable us to increase our production by 120% in future and meet the increaseddemand of our high quality tiles. The first phase of this expansion is on target to be completed by 2016 and will take our total capacity to approx.10 Million SQM per annum.
The BigShow 2015 was an exciting opportunity for Al Maha Ceramics to showcase its newattractive designs of ceramic tiles to the visitors from different sectors of the industryfrom over 15 countries. Around 13,000 decision makers from a large cross section of trade industries visited the exhibition including architects, consultants, contractors, Engineers, Property Developer and retailers. It provided the Al Maha team with a good opportunity to get in front of its target market and receive the feedback about its new product range.
The company has a world-class manufacturing facility for wall and floor tiles in Sohar, Oman, and strives to provide quality ceramics with world-class designs. The strong presence of Al Maha Ceramics at BigShow indicates the company's firm determination to be a major player in the ceramic tile industry in the Middle East Region.
