A delegation of Saudi businessmen led by Sheikh Mubarak Al-Otaibi visited on Thursday the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) to discuss investment opportunities, available in Ajman's real estate sector.

The delegates listened to a detailed presentation given by Muneir Shehadah, head of the Real Estate Relations Regulation Section covering  the investment opportunities in the real estate sector, particularly in the Emirate City in the emirate of Ajman.

Located alongside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and within the proximity of Dubai and Sharjah, Emirate City enjoys a strategic location where commercial and residential real estate projects can be developed.

For his part, Sheikh Mubarak Al-Otaibi said that the visit is a good opportunity to explore investment opportunities in this distinctive emirate, and is an important step to closely work with businessmen from Ajman and the UAE, noting that choosing the emirate of Ajman is attributed to the opportunities galore  and the low land prices compared to other areas in the UAE.

Sheikh Al-Otaibi expressed thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, HE Yafea Al Faraj, Executive Director and  ARRA's higher management, for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to the delegation.
