ADNOC Distribution has announced the opening of Mtilan Service Station in the Al Dhafra Region of Abu Dhabi as part of the company’s strategic expansion plan to meet the growing demand for its high-quality products and services across the country.

Located on the Madinat Zayed– Abu Al Abyad road, the latest addition to ADNOC Distribution’s network takes the total number of Company service stations in the Al Dhafra Region to 39.

Operating round-the-clock, the new service station features 6 islands with 10 dispensers offering E-Plus 91, Special 95, Super 98 and Green Diesel. The station has sufficient fuelling capacity to serve 20 vehicles simultaneously.

Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, Acting Chief Executive Officer, said: “The opening of Mtilan service station is the latest stage in the fulfilment of our strategy to expand our service station network across the country. Towards this goal, we are leveraging our unique expertise and facilities to better meet the requirements of our customers by ensuring the delivery of best-in-class products and services in an effective and consistent manner.”

Al Rashdi also revealed that ADNOC Distribution plans to launch a total of 35 new service stations across the UAE including 10 ADNOC Xpress stations in Abu Dhabi in 2017. Since the beginning of the year, the company has opened eight ADNOC Xpress stations in Abu Dhabi and nine service stations elsewhere in the country.

In addition to fuelling, Mtilan service station offers a wide range of additional facilities and integrated services, including oil change, an ADNOC Oasis convenience store, and an LPG cylinder depot. It also includes a mosque and leasable space for a fast food outlet and an ATM. In the future, the station will add natural gas for vehicles (NGV) facilities.

Like other ADNOC Distribution service stations, Mtilan service station is fitted out with state-of-the-art HSE equipment, creating a safer and healthier environment for employees, customers and residents in the surrounding areas.
