Ajman - The Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Foundation (AAF), which strives to shape a sustainable society driven by innovation leaders, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19th February 2018 with Ajman Tourism Development Department(ATDD) to facilitate the 2018 edition of Ajman Paint Run at Mosaic Market with ATDD as the platinum sponsor. The Mosaic Market event is scheduled from March 15-17 with the Ajman Paint Run taking place on March 16th.

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the agreement was signed by Humaid Yousuf Al-Ajmani, AAF Board Member, and H.E. Saleh Algeziry, Director General of ATDD at Al Zorah Pavilion in Ajman.

“We are overjoyed to have concluded this new agreement with Ajman Tourism Development Department. We look forward to developing an ongoing relationship between both of entities and we are confident that this agreement will significantly impact this year’s Ajman Paint Run, making it the most successful and joyous occasion it can be,” said, Humaid Yousuf Al-Ajmani, AAF Board Member.

The signing of this agreement signifies a strong partnership with Ajman Tourism Development Department because of our shared values and dedication to making the Year of Zayed an inspiration to us all,” added Humaid Yousuf Al-Ajmani.

To commemorate the Year of Zayed, Ajman Paint Run will take place on March 16 and involve a four-kilometre event in which thousands of participants (Paint Runners) are immersed in completely different colours at each kilometre.

As a platinum sponsor for the 2018’s Ajman Paint Run, we will not only strengthen our existing cooperation with the Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Foundation, but also provide the youth in our communities with fun opportunities to come together and learn about what the Emirate of Ajman has to offer,” said H.E. Saleh Algeziry, Director General of ATDD.

After the Paint Runners complete the race, they will enjoy music, dancing and vivid colour combinations. While the event is about facilitating fun, it also focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle. Ajman Paint Run is designed to improve the overall well-being of individuals and to boost their metabolism. The organisers anticipate thousands of individuals to lace up their running shoes for this community initiative.
