SINGAPORE- Middle East crude benchmarks Oman and Dubai were mixed on Thursday, weighed down by reports of uncertainty around an upcoming OPEC+ meeting to discuss a possible extension of record output cuts.

OPEC+ oil producers could still hold a virtual ministerial meeting this week if Iraq and others that have not fully complied with current oil supply cuts agree to boost their adherence, three OPEC+ sources told Reuters on Thursday. 

Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies led by Russia, a group known as OPEC+, are still debating when to hold their virtual ministerial meeting.

Saudi Aramco is set to delay its July crude official selling prices (OSPs) until at least Sunday pending the outcome of a meeting of OPEC+ producers, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday. 

ASIA-PACIFIC CRUDE:

ONGC offered a cargo of Sokol crude loading August 2-8 in a tender closing and valid on June 9.

PV Oil offered a cargo of Chim Sao crude loading August 2-6 in a tender closing on June 9 with bids valid till on June 12.

Pertamina closed a tender selling a cargo of Banyu Urip crude loading June 21-23 with bids valid till June 5.

Russia's Rosneft, which closed its oil trading arm after sanctions were imposed by U.S. authorities in February, has set up a new Geneva-based trading business, four trading sources familiar with the matter said.

As oil and gas companies began shutting offshore production before the first tropical storm of the season in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, experts said restarting wells and refineries will take longer and prove more costly this year because of COVID-19. 

India's gasoline and diesel demand is expected to return to pre-lockdown levels in July, an executive at the country's second-largest fuel retailer Bharat Petroleum Corp said on Thursday. 

U.S. crude oil stockpiles unexpectedly fell last week, but diesel inventories surged as fuel demand remains impaired due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday.
