Bread and Butter International Company, the leading company specializes in restaurant and franchise development, has opened recently in Jeddah its first branch of Ghanouj restaurant.
Ghanouj restaurant, the renowned Lebanese restaurant, is located on the Jeddah Corniche. While Jeddah is already well known for its bustling restaurants, Ghanouj will add the fresh flavor of traditional Lebanese recipes.
The new and trendy restaurant was inaugurated last Monday in the presence of Lebanese Consul General Ziad Atallah , Samir Kreidieh, a member of the council and head of the Lebanese community in Jeddah, Jiad Gassas, General Manager of Bread and Butter International Company, various consuls general, Lebanese and Saudi VIP guests, among others.
Jiad Gassas said "we are very thrilled with the opening of Ghanouj, a great addition to our restaurants collection. We are positive that our guests will not only enjoy delicious and freshly prepared cuisine but also discover a real Lebanese food journey."
Aside of more than 50 main course items, Ghanouj Restaurant offers a selection of bespoke dishes that represent the best Lebanese cuisine has to offer.
