King takes pride in Bahraini youth

His Majesty King Hamad has expressed pride in the kingdom’s youth as he received new Arab Child Parliament Speaker Ritaj Ibrahim Al Abbassi.

He congratulated the Hidd Secondary Girls’ School student on her achievement, which “represents a source of pride for all Bahrainis, reflecting the kingdom’s standing and its citizens’ competence to assume leading positions and honour their country in Arab and world arenas.

The King praised Ritaj’s talent, ambitions and capabilities which qualified her to win the position, wishing her success.

He expressed his support and encouragement for young talents, who contribute to the nation’s development and standing among advanced countries and people.

Ritaj expressed deepest thanks and gratitude to the King for his support to Bahrainis, as well as his representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

Ritaj was accompanied by her mother Khulood Shuweitar.
