ADFG secures planning approval for New Scotland Yard redevelopment

Abu Dhabi Financial Group unveiled plans for the redevelopment of a New Scotland Yard project.

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) unveiled plans for the redevelopment of a New Scotland Yard project known as Ten Broadway, following approval from the Planning Committee of Westminster City Council in London, UK.

In a press release, the company said Northacre PLC, London’s developer of luxury residences, will manage and develop the one million-square-foot project, comprising residential, office and retail space, in Central London. The project is set to be completed in 2021.

ADFG acquired New Scotland Yard from the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime for £370 million (Dh2.1 billion) in December 2014.
