CAIRO, 2nd July, 2015 (WAM) -- The UAE Deputy Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Khalifa Al Tunaiji, has reiterated the country's condemnation of the terrorist attacks which took place in North Sinai and resulted in the martyrdom of dozens of Egyptian armed forces and police personnel.
In an observation made during the emergency meeting of the Arab League Council today, Al Tunaiji affirmed UAE's support to brotherly Egypt and to its armed forces. He said that such criminal act necessitates joint action and efforts at regional and international levels to confront the evil of terrorism. "This heinous crime shows that terrorism has one goal; to undermine human values and to spread chaos and destruction," he added. The Arab League Council denounced the terrorist attack in North Sinai yesterday in which several armed forces and police personnel were martyred and injured.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2015.
